Job Title: Sales Team Lead - Middle Area

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team in the Middle Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the region.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key opinion leaders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a sales leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
