Job Title: Sales Supervisor – Middle Area

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team in the Middle Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and develop sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership or management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
