Are you looking for a challenging role that involves working with complex data and creating narratives to help business colleagues make informed decisions? We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and identify the required data sources.
  • Cleanse and transform data into a usable format, creating reports and dashboards to meet specific requirements.
  • Present findings to stakeholders and gather feedback to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Deploy data, reports, and dashboards to Tableau, developing reports according to analyst-defined specifications.
  • Conduct technical training sessions to equip colleagues with necessary skills.
  • Maintain and document the operational environment to ensure seamless performance.
  • Manage SQL Server SPs and queries to optimize data processing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing BI dashboards and reports, analyzing and visualizing data.
  • Familiarity with Tableau administration, licensing, security, and deployment, with at least 1 year of experience using Tableau.
  • A solid understanding of relational data modeling principles.
  • Strong analytical skills with a hands-on approach and the ability to deliver on commitments.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentation.
  • Experience with ETL of data from various sources using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server database architecture and/or experience creating tabular data models in SQL Server is also beneficial.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
