Job Description

As a Cloud Field Engineering Manager, you will lead and develop a team of field engineers in presales and professional services. Your primary goal is to solve customer problems by promoting technologies and acting as a trusted advisor.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of cloud computing concepts & technologies, practical Linux and networking skills, and experience in technical presales. Additionally, they should possess dynamic personality traits, excellent English communication skills, and passion for developing and growing people.

This role involves working with a broad spectrum of cloud offerings, from Ubuntu to virtualization, private cloud, Kubernetes, and advanced open source solutions like MLops platforms and data platforms. The manager is responsible for line management, career guidance, developing engineering talent, representing the team technically, and driving collaboration with other teams and customers.
