We are seeking an ambitious Solutions Professional to join our team as a key member of our sales engine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our sales team and driving customer success through expert knowledge of Dynatrace and observability with a specialization in Log Management and Analytics.
Your Responsibilities:- Deliver compelling demos that showcase Dynatrace's unique approach to solving customer pain points.
- Manage Proof of Concepts (PoCs) onsite and remotely, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with customers and complete RFI & RFPs, articulating value and driving business results.
To succeed in this role, you must be a confident and self-motivated individual with previous experience in technical sales or another customer-facing role. You should be passionate about innovative technology, able to communicate complex technical concepts into clear business value, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and presentation skills, who can work effectively with different stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Previous 3 – 5 years of experience with log analytics technologies and techniques are required, along with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and adapt to changing circumstances.
A strong desire to grow professionally, stay up-to-date with industry trends, and be coachable are essential. You should also be able to travel up to 30% of the time and work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
