Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Financial Reporting team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the evolution of financial reporting and helping bridge the gap between finance and business intelligence.

You will work closely with stakeholders to develop reports, analyses, models, and recommendations that enable us to gain a deep understanding of our business operations. Your expertise will help drive data-driven decisions and inform strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial dashboards using advanced BI tools
  • Track key financial metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Provide detailed insights into financial performance, trends, and variances
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from multiple sources for a unified financial view

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Econometrics, or a related field
  • Demonstrable experience in using SQL to derive actionable insights
  • Knowledge of Python/R and a desire to expand your knowledge
  • Experience with statistical modeling and descriptive statistics
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English
