Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Tax Coordinator to play a vital role in ensuring the financial integrity and compliance of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate monthly closing activities to ensure timely financial reporting.
- Review general ledger accounts and responsible for statutory, management and tax reporting.
- Ensure reporting meets requirements and compliance with statutory audit and tax regulations.
- Maintain and review audit schedules (reconciliation packs).
- Assist in annual budgeting, monthly variance analysis and rolling forecast.
- Drive continuous improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of the corporate accounting function.
- Establish adequate controls and procedures to be followed.
- Resolve queries and support other job functions as required.
- Liaise with external/internal auditors on annual audits.
- Degree in Accounting, Administration or equivalent.
- Prior experience in the offshore oil and gas industry is advantageous.
- Good behavior and proactive attitude are essential.
- Teamwork skills are necessary.
- Advanced level of English proficiency.
