Senior Sponsorship Operations Manager

We are a global leader in GameTech, operating in 19 markets with a diverse team of over 2,700 professionals from 40+ nationalities.
Key RoleThe Senior Sponsorship Specialist will support and implement sponsorships programmes, including organizing, leading, executing, and monitoring the annual activation plan.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage contractual rights delivery, including contract control and activations execution, to maximize the value of current partnerships;
- Liaise with rights holders and the activation agency to guarantee proper execution of the annual activation plan;
- Lead the hospitality programme in collaboration with the activation agency;
- Analyse data to regularly update sponsorship KPIs and assess return on objectives;
- Design the annual activation plan by contributing creative and innovative ideas of activations to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and promote experiences;
- Create report presentations for internal weekly updates;
- Review the weekly activation calendar, ensuring seamless alignment between the activation agency and rights holders for all planned initiatives;
- Anticipate upcoming activations each month, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution;
- Track and control the delivery of sponsorship assets;
- Experience in marketing or sponsorship roles within the sports industry or a brand involved with sports;
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a relevant field;
- Experience with sponsorship projects;
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in sports marketing;
- Availability to attend sports events nationwide;
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English;
- Proficiency in Jira (Atlassian) and Office 365;
- Strong organization skills, innovation, and creativity in problem-solving;
- Hands-on mindset, ability to thrive in dynamic situations;
- Agile and adaptable, strong organizational skills;
- Collaborative team player, success working across cross-functional teams and communicating with diverse audiences;
- Presentation skills, both design and oral, incorporating storytelling and engaging visual communication;
- Data analysis skills, conducting studies to assess sponsorship impact, interpreting quantitative and qualitative information;
