As a Configuration and Change Management Manager, you'll define the vision/roadmap for your region and product line, ensuring the exchange of best practices and information. You'll also be the first point of contact for escalations or project support requests from projects or site teams.
Key Responsibilities:">"
- Define the Configuration Management vision/roadmap for the respective region and product line in line with global strategy">
- Ensure the exchange of best practices, REX, and cascading information">
- Act as interface to the CCM Regions & Community stream leader at CCM central">
- Support the development of a strong CCM competence in the respective region">
- Garantee that all processes, methods, and configuration management tools are updated, implemented, and followed rigorously">
- Prepare, support, and post-process local audits">
- Impulse continuously to improve and challenge the status quo">
- Create a true culture of configuration management within all functions, leading by example">
- 5-8 years of experience in a relevant function">
- Comprehensive knowledge of process and method">
- Comprehensive knowledge of IRIS, ISO, and other relevant applicable standards">
- Comprehensive knowledge of engineering, industrialization, and product lifecycle tools">
- Management skills with budget responsibility">
- Expertise in influencing management team with a mindset of configuration management">
- Results-oriented and client-focused">
