Job Description

This position is a key role within our organization, responsible for empowering manufacturers with the tools necessary to produce high-quality products consistently. The ideal candidate will have experience in software innovation projects, product management, and customer-facing roles.

  • The successful candidate will be working closely with customers, implementation partners, field sales, and development teams to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet those needs.
  • They will be responsible for analyzing market and client demand, translating it into functional specifications, and co-innovating with product management and development teams.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to distill complex technical information and prepare stakeholder-specific content. Experience in product definition and collaboration with product development and product management teams is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration (Engineering) or comparable education required.
  • Relevant experience in software innovation projects, product management, support, and customer-facing roles.
  • Strong experience in professional software development, preferably in the SAP environment.
  • Domain knowledge in manufacturing, planning, and/or logistics combined with strong analytical skills and technical expertise of SAP BTP-based cloud solutions.
  • Excellent communication and language skills in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
