Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative marketing professional to lead our creator partnerships in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with top accounts, researching market-specific best practices, and planning and moderating creator-led workshops.

In this role, you will partner with our sales organization to drive client growth and retention through innovative creator strategies. You will also research and synthesize market-specific best practices for creator partnerships and disseminate them via internal and external documentation.

Additionally, you will plan and moderate creator-led workshops to educate Brazilian advertisers on how to succeed on our platform. You will also partner with relevant teams to leverage global creator marketing agencies as execution partners for Brazilian clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for a creative storyteller who can outline and sell in creator-driven marketing strategies. If you have 5-8 years of experience working with social influencers for marketing or advertising purposes, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with our sales organization to drive client growth and retention through innovative creator strategies
  • Research and synthesize market-specific best practices for creator partnerships and disseminate them via internal and external documentation
  • Plan and moderate creator-led workshops to educate Brazilian advertisers on how to succeed on our platform
  • Partner with relevant teams to leverage global creator marketing agencies as execution partners for Brazilian clients
  • Lead strategic marketing activations with creators from start to finish for prioritized clients
  • Coordinate with the Creator Partnerships team to understand relevant creator communities and emerging trends
  • Assist the Legal and Operations team in creator contracting and payment processes
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience working with social influencers for marketing or advertising purposes
  • Direct experience supporting the advertising RFP process and a fluent understanding of digital marketing tactics and KPIs
  • Creative storytelling skills to outline and sell in creator-driven marketing strategies
  • Entrepreneurial thinking to recommend business improvements and identify market-specific needs
