Senior HR Business Partner Opportunity

Angi is seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior HR Business Partner to join the People Ops team.

This role will partner primarily with our Product, Tech, UX, and Data teams to implement people-based initiatives that achieve both business and HR strategies.

  • Build strong relationships with leaders to create and execute on organizational and people strategies.
  • Partner with leaders to evaluate and positively impact organizational health using data.

The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of experience in HRBP in a fast-paced and high-growth environment supporting product and technology teams. They must be able to review, analyze and tell a story with data to influence and drive the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive performance management initiatives to ensure engagement and retention of top performers.
  • Design and implement organizational or enterprise-wide solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with COE Partners to deliver work to leaders, organization and total company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to flex between high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
