Job Overview

We seek a seasoned finance professional to lead business growth from a financial control perspective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support business expansion through effective financial planning and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
  • Maintain accurate records, assess control risk and ensure adherence to US GAAP and local accounting standards
  • Provide expert analysis and evaluations on financial planning and cost optimization
  • Liaise with auditors and maintain robust internal controls
  • Perform local treasury and cash management, forecasting and ensure consistency of financial processes
Requirements
  • Over 15 years finance experience, with at least 5 years in team management
  • Fluent English; Portuguese and Chinese a plus
  • University graduate in accounting or finance, CPC/CPA/CMA/ACCA required
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills, with ability to navigate senior management
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to develop diverse high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
