Accounting and Financial Operations Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in securing financial operations by monitoring and approving financial processing, reporting. You will ensure that accounting records and documentation comply with the requirements of the Group Finance Manual.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet accounting financial standards by monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain financial security by adhering to internal controls.
- Verify accuracy of data and data processing of accounting-related information.
- Prepare monthly intercompany reconciliations.
- Support accounting procedures, ensuring month and year-end balances correctly reflect the economic-financial reality of the company.
- Assist internal and external auditors.
- Maintain the ERP system and its interfaces with other applications.
- Support the creation of financial reports according to IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and local GAAP.
- Provide training to workers in both oral and written form on accounting systems, principles, and practices.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Advanced or fluent English (regional and global communication).
- Experience with external auditing.
- Experience in inventory reporting (products or retail).
- SAP and Excel skills.
- Solid knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles.
