About the Role

This is a key position within our Financial Operations team, responsible for ensuring seamless equity management processes. As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise between sales and fund accounting teams to facilitate efficient onboarding processes
  • Interact with clients to collect historical data, provide advisory support, and deliver accurate financial statements
  • Manage client onboarding for medium to high complexity cases, including timelines, compliance procedures, and training junior team members
  • Build strong relationships with clients through transparent communication and exceptional service
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in Venture Capital Fund Administration
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret unstructured data, and reproduce financial statements accurately
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proven influencer with a track record of successful project implementation and management
