Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will provide exceptional support to employees, troubleshoot complex issues, and resolve problems in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage employee technology problems/tickets from start to finish.
- Coordinate tasks and resources relating to projects and service support tickets.
- Log service requests, incidents, problems, improvements, and feedback.
- Develop clear and concise support documentation on Knowledge Base.
- Identify risk and problems and recommend solutions into complex situations.
- Process user account creation/modifications & terminations for various systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT area or related field.
- Strong experience in Microsoft Office 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Networking, and Azure.
- Advanced English skills (fluent writing and speaking) are preferred.
- Spanish is an asset.
- Highly organized with ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
