Qualifications:
An advanced degree is typically required (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.)

Experience in a consultancy or professional services environment is preferred. Exceptional academic and managerial achievements are essential. A demonstrated ability to engage in business discussions and to structure analytical problem-solving is necessary. Proven leadership experience in a professional setting or through extracurricular activities is required. The ability to effectively collaborate with individuals at all organizational levels is crucial. Experience in managing and motivating C-level clients is essential.

What You'll Do:
You will engage directly with clients, taking charge of the prospecting for new business opportunities and participating in executive committees.

Your role will involve contributing to the analysis, design, and execution of operational enhancements, working closely with clients to ensure a positive impact and sustainable outcomes.

You will have the chance to leverage your established sales expertise and build upon strong relationships. In a collaborative team environment, you will work closely with colleagues while also operating independently with clear guidance. Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills will be vital for the success of client projects and team performance.

The sales methodology typically includes gathering and analyzing client needs, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing proposals for project implementation.

Subsequently, you will guide our analysis team to qualify and quantify all scope identification, enabling better recommendations alongside client team members.

You will also have the opportunity to acquire new skills and enhance the strengths you bring to the organization.

Who You'll Work With:
You will be based in our São Paulo office as a Sales & Development VP, collaborating directly with our clients. TBRG is an operational consulting firm focused on process enhancement, workforce capabilities, and financial performance.

Minimum Requirements:

Education:
Postgraduate - Master's Degree
Languages: English (Advanced)
Other Requirements: Own vehicle and availability to travel.
