Job Summary

NPI and Trials IP Engineer is responsible for delivering New Product Introduction outcomes with expected quality, on time, and within estimated cost/duration.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth organizational and market knowledge, understanding how areas can be integrated to achieve objectives.

The role requires strong analytical thought and judgment to solve complex problems, contribute to strategic decisions, and act as a role model for staff/work teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work independently and effectively in New Product Introduction, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes within budget constraints.
  • Interpret business challenges to improve New Product Introduction related processes and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that drive business growth and innovation.
  • Analyze complex problems using data-driven approaches to inform decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication, Electronic, or Electrical Engineering with 8 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Fluent English skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience handling Nokia IP Network equipment, routing and switching protocols, IP/MPLS services, and security.
  • Familiarity with test equipment, SDN platforms, and network management systems.
