Appnext is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our LATAM region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for introducing our platform and products to potential local App Advertisers, managing the entire sales cycle, and building long-term trusted relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in LATAM
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and expertise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform sales strategies
- Cross-sell and upsell existing customers to maximize revenue potential
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience in mobile performance environments, with a strong understanding of the LATAM market
- 1+ year of experience in the mobile Adtech industry, with a focus on performance advertising
- Established network of direct advertisers and app owners/developers in LATAM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and professionally
- Strong negotiation skills, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
