Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will play a critical role in driving strategic and tactical initiatives to improve operations across various teams.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify gaps, pain points, and opportunities in existing processes and propose improvements. You will work closely with stakeholders to drive end-to-end delivery and communicate results to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas of improvement and develop solutions that address pain points/opportunities.
  • Metric Management: Own metrics and reports, tracking key performance indicators and initiative impact.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between FC Operations and FBA Business teams, managing daily operations and escalation management.

Requirements:

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Advanced Excel Skills: Proficient in Pivot Tables, VLookUps, and data analysis.
  • SQL Experience: Define program requirements using data and metrics.
  • Project Management: Experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with tech and non-tech teams to drive strategic initiatives.

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
