We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Specialist to join our team.

As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining complex trial recruitment workflows. You will set up and manage integrations with various platforms, provide implementation guidance to customers, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

You will also be responsible for monitoring and optimizing the performance of recruitment funnels, documenting processes, and ensuring quality control across all customer-facing elements.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience working with JSON, Zapier, and Meta Business platform. They will possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
