The Customer Quality Technician III plays a vital role in supporting engineering teams by executing production-related tasks and conducting inspections. This position is essential in monitoring the quality of materials in processing facilities and implementing necessary adjustments to maintain standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate with minimal supervision while ensuring adherence to quality protocols.
  • Assess the physical attributes of components, materials, and products against technical specifications to detect any defects.
  • Perform basic testing, including evaluations of electrical functions, reliability, and packaging quality.
  • Document results and compile straightforward technical reports.
  • Utilize various measurement tools to conduct product and component testing.
  • Provide advanced programming, training, and operational support for measurement and testing equipment.
  • Assist clients in interpreting product specifications and understanding measurement data.
  • Engage in measurement uncertainty studies relevant to calibration results.
  • Ensure the proper upkeep and calibration of measurement and testing instruments.
