Healthcare Medical Planning Specialist

The Medical Affairs Sr Manager will lead the development of medical plans, partnering with leadership to define and execute a coherent local strategic plan that addresses patient needs. They will also empower the immuno medical team, creating an environment for innovation and successful implementation of medical activities in alignment with the strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with market access to show medical value of approved products relevant to external stakeholders; this may include developing and executing phase IV studies for rheumatology.
- Working closely with cross-functional colleagues to create and drive medical product tactics that enhance patient well-being and deliver value to patients and their healthcare teams.
- Providing strategic input and support for late-stage development therapies.
Other qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare (Medicine with completed residency).
- Post-graduation is beneficial.
- Strategic thinking.
