Key Responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise in explaining complex healthcare operations, administrative workflows, and team coordination to inform AI model development.
- Oversee the planning, directing, and coordinating of medical and health services across various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and managed care organizations.
- Annotate and structure data reflecting real-world policies and procedures in healthcare administration.
- Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to enhance models for clinical and public health applications.
- Review and validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Advise on evolving regulations and best practices, ensuring seamless alignment with industry requirements.
- Develop training materials and guidelines to facilitate knowledge transfer into AI systems.
- Extensive experience as a Healthcare Administrator or similar leadership roles such as Clinical Director, Health Information Management Director, Medical Records Manager.
- Proven ability to oversee medical services in diverse environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with commitment to clarity and accuracy.
- Strong understanding of healthcare system structures, administrative workflows, and policy implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex healthcare concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative mindset with passion for advancing healthcare through innovation.
- Comfort working independently in fast-paced environments.
