Product Specialist Job Description

This role involves working closely with hospitals, physicians, and distributors to drive portfolio adoption and deliver meaningful impact across the healthcare ecosystem.

The successful candidate will provide technical support to the sales team and distributors, ensuring alignment with strategic plans and collaborating closely with Supply Chain and Demand Planning teams.

They will also build and maintain strong relationships with neurosurgeons, specialized doctors, medical societies, and Key Opinion Leaders while managing marketing materials and keeping technical documentation current.

Additionally, the Product Specialist will assist in executing marketing campaigns that drive product awareness, generate demand, and create new business opportunities across target markets.

The full product lifecycle management is a critical part of this role, from launch to phase-out, involving competitive analysis, market research, supporting strategic marketing plans, price management, and communicating updates clearly across sales channels.

Training programs and product demonstrations for internal teams, customers, and distributors are also a key responsibility, often in collaboration with the Clinical Department.

Organizing and supporting workshops, congresses, seminars, and other events, providing technical and exhibition support while contributing to budgeting, planning, and execution at both local and national levels is another important task.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Completed bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Two to four years of experience in the healthcare industry, ideally in a technical, marketing, or commercial role
  • Advanced proficiency in English is required; Spanish language skills are a strong advantage
  • Valid and up-to-date CNH B driver's license
