Senior Project Manager

Are you a seasoned project leader with expertise in managing medium to large-scale projects? Do you have a proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and driving business outcomes?

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in leading our project teams to deliver high-quality results. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, develop project plans, and ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with our company's values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Manage and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
  • Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
  • Extensive experience in IT, with a deep understanding of project management practices and Agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Good English level, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with global teams and clients.
