  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the college's curriculum, research initiatives, and clinical practice.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including industry partners, alumni, and professional organizations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards, maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity.
  • Mentor and support the growth and development of junior faculty and staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A doctoral degree in dentistry or a related field (DDS, DMD, Ph.D.).
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in academic leadership, preferably in a dental institution.
  • A proven track record of scholarly productivity, including publications, presentations, and grants.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
