The ASIN Journey team seeks a highly motivated and data-driven Program Manager to support Brand Protection. This role will oversee the BR Retail Brand Registry process, focusing on vendor education, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Break down complex problems to address Retail teams' pain points;
  • Manage and validate Brand Representative assignments through required governance audits;
  • Ensure coverage over new Selling Partner accounts;
  • Ensure data quality of Brand Registry information;
  • Support cross-functional collaboration between teams and curate educational outreach initiatives;

Requirements:

  • Program or project management experience;
  • Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing;
  • Intermediate-level Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas);
  • Fluency in English;
  • Experience in MS Access and SQL;
  • Ability to gather requirements and write clear documents;
  • Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology;
