We're looking for a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about Hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in the HR and operations field.

Responsibilities
  • Support hiring activities and contribute to people operations and administrative processes.
  • Engage with business needs of clients and communicate directly when necessary.
  • Collaborate in a dynamic environment with autonomy and responsibility.
Qualifications
  • Must-haves: English proficiency; Interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work; Strong communication skills.
  • Nice-to-haves: Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks; Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; Experience in fast-paced environments or startups; International experience.
