Platform Engineer Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
  • Design architectures for reliability and scalability
  • Debug and resolve production issues systematically
  • Improve deployment speed and system observability
Must-Have Skills
  • Strong experience with EKS/Kubernetes in production
  • Deep knowledge of MongoDB & Atlas (scaling, performance tuning, troubleshooting)
  • Proficiency in Python and/or Go
  • Fluent in Portuguese + English
  • Strong DevOps/SRE principles and real-world troubleshooting ability
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • MERN stack exposure (Mongo, Express, React, Node)
  • Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform
  • Monitoring & Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki
  • Experience debugging database contention/concurrency at scale
