HR and Legal Digital Transformation Director

The Human Resources (HR) and Legal Digital Technologies Director leads a dynamic, innovative team of multi-dimensional professionals who deeply understand how to drive value through results-driven IT service delivery. This role is a key leadership position for both HR and Legal by driving objectives through delivering information technology, digital, data, analytics, strategy, solutions, and services.

This role provides strategic directions through internal/external perspectives and proactively seeks out and manages value opportunities for IT solutions and services.

  • Function as a partner and trusted advisor to the HR and Legal leadership teams and serve as a contributor to the deployment and realization of the HR and Legal Teams' strategic plans.
  • Assure secure, compliant, and stable operations in technologies enabling both HR and Legal.
  • In partnership with HR and Legal leadership, define strategy and roadmap for HR and Legal technology, information, data, and digital technologies.
  • Drive the delivery of innovative solutions to support the efficiency, agility of HR and Legal Teams and the productivity and collaboration of all employees and potential new employees.
  • Serve in a leadership role within the organization as an influential player within Enterprise Applications; work effectively in a matrix environment.

  • A Bachelor or Master's degree is recommended with minimum 8+ years of IT experience or HR or Legal process expertise.
  • Expert in HR and Legal Domain knowledge preferred.
  • Experience building and communicating future HR and Legal plans and capabilities along with being able to provide insights into the technologies required for delivery.
  • Experience with capability/product development, including visioning, road mapping, feature prioritization, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Ability to maintain ROI/budget/P&L.
  • Ability to coordinate large-scale efforts across multiple disparate teams.
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration at all levels.
  • Experience as a change agent at senior levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrate learning agility, 'GM mindset', hands-on leader, and flexibility in managing a global team across time zones.
