A Finance Director is required to oversee the financial aspects of a business.
This role will involve leading initiatives and activities related to finance, conducting financial and commercial analyses, implementing internal control processes, and participating in business activities.
- Leading initiatives and activities related to finance;
- Conducting financial and commercial analyses to support effective decision-making;
- Implementing internal control processes and adopting standard procedures;
- Participating in business activities and contributing to its development and growth;
- Raising 'red flags' when compliance with principles is at risk.
This position involves leading a team and ensuring financial sustainability.
Key challenges include:
- Identifying the company's financial situation through analysis;
- Developing, analyzing, and submitting budget planning for review;
- Developing internal procedures for the finance department and contributing to standardization;
- Protecting and managing company assets and inventory;
- Ensuring all financial reports comply with solid principles;
- Guaranteeing that all statutory and accounting closing activities are performed properly;
- Understanding, organizing, and monitoring product cost development;
- Managing cash flow and group indicators related to working capital;
- Developing the finance team by offering training and development opportunities;
- Developing and leading an accountancy team and managing external consultants;
- Managing ERP upgrade and leading the project;
- Responsible for monthly closing report and working closely with divisional team;
- Promoting diversity and inclusion within the team and across the business.
- Solid experience in finance and controlling roles;
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields;
- Familiarity and experience with solid principles;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and Power BI;
- Desirable specialization or MBA in finance, business management, internal controls, or related areas;
- Advanced English proficiency to lead business meetings.
- Problem-solving focus and excellent data analysis skills;
- Leadership, with prior experience in team management preferred;
- Ability and passion for translating indicators and KPIs into relevant business insights;
- Growth mindset and agility in learning;
- Very resilient and able to work in a challenging environment.
