Senior Manager Role

The role of Senior Manager involves delivering strategic insights to inform business decisions, driving growth and innovation within the LATAM region. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of finance and strategy, with the ability to communicate complex data-driven insights effectively.

The Senior Manager will be responsible for providing holistic analysis of business performance, including defining volume budget targets and operational metrics. They will also analyze local macro-economic trends and support end-to-end volume planning and forecasting processes.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and/or strategy. Strong data management and analytical skills are essential, as well as the ability to work in a diverse cultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver strategic insights to inform business decisions
  • Analyze local macro-economic trends and market analysis
  • Support end-to-end volume planning and forecasting processes
  • Develop Business Performance dashboards, KPIs, and data definitions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

  • Strong data management and analytical skills
