We're seeking a Key Account Growth Manager to develop and manage relationships with our chain brand partners.
This role is responsible for driving scalable growth through strategic collaboration, executing sales strategies, and analyzing business data to inform professional food delivery solutions.
- Develop and execute plans to grow key accounts, fostering strong partnerships between brands and our platform in areas such as marketing, promotional campaigns, and user operations.
- Execute company sales strategies to achieve performance targets based on industry characteristics of assigned brands.
- Analyze business data to gain deep insights into operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Establish effective communication with the delivery department, serving as a bridge between the brand and platform's delivery operations.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong business negotiation and market development skills, result-driven with the ability to understand customer/user needs.
- Basic data analysis capabilities, including working proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Integrity, resilience, passion for excellence, and proven teamwork abilities.
- Full professional proficiency in English (verbal and written).
