Business Finance Analyst Job Description

This role is responsible for driving financial insights, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, and developing strategies to improve business and operational processes.

  • Evaluate and analyze financial performance and business operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ROI assessments.
  • Develop, monitor, and interpret financial and operational performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.

This position requires a strong background in finance and business analysis, with experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and presentation skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a hybrid role combining both.
  • Proven ability to perform financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting at a high level.
  • Experience analyzing and improving business processes, with a strong understanding of operational inefficiencies.
