To achieve this vision, we are seeking a Quality Control Senior Manager who will oversee our end-to-end quality program in Brazil, ensuring compliance with quality key performance indicators (KPIs) across all operations and plants.
As a senior manager, you will lead a team of operational and quality professionals, developing leaders and technical teams to ensure continuity of quality control activities throughout the supply chain. You will also represent the quality control function in staff meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy quality strategies established by the regional quality director.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in science, preferably with a focus on food safety. They will also have solid experience in the food processing industry, with a proven track record in handling quality control and food safety at plant level. Additional requirements include experience in implementing various quality and food safety systems, such as ISO 9000/FSCC 22000/BRC.
We are looking for a strong leader who can communicate effectively with all stakeholders, both orally and in writing. The successful candidate will possess excellent project management, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills, with the ability to identify root causes, develop corrective actions, and implement solutions. Results-oriented with attention to detail, they will be able to drive big-picture impacts while working collaboratively with various sectors and teams.
