**Quality Specialist I - Your future position?**
As a member of the Taste and Wellbeing Operations team, reporting to the Quality Assurance Coordinator, you'll have the responsibility of supporting shop floor and Quality Control quality system and improvement programs to guide quality performance, mindset, and customer satisfaction at site level.
**In this challenging role, you will**:
- Manage and maintain local Quality and Food Safety systems, in line with global policies;
- Lead internal audits (clients and suppliers) on Quality and Food Safety methods and applicable rules;
- Manage internal product non-conformities and client complaints (Z1, ZV, Z2Q, Z2P, Z3), coordinating and supporting diagnostics and root cause analysis as well as monitoring action plans;
- Provide Quality and Food Safety training for our staff;
- Coordinate protocols to manage Change Control and support the projects that impact Quality and Food Safety;
- Develop, monitor, and control Quality and Food Safety KPIs;
- Guarantee the implementation of internal requirements, from clients or applicable rules;
- Support troubleshooting of local issues related to their area of expertise.
**You?**
- 3+ years of experience working with Quality Control or Food Safety;
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or related;
- Specialization in Quality Management or Food Safety is desired;
- Experience working as an auditor onISO9001 andFSSC22000 is required - Lead Auditor is a Plus;
- Working SAP knowledge desired;
- Working Excel knowledge required - Power BI is a plus;
- Advanced English is required;
- Intermediate Spanish is desired;
- Knowledge of Quality Systems required (Ishikawa, 5 Whys, PDCA, among others);
