Loan Closing Specialist Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Closing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the loan closing process, ensuring smooth and error-free transactions for customers and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SBA and/or USDA lending, or legal and lending expertise. You will possess strong organizational skills, prioritization, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is also required.

This position offers opportunities for growth and development, with coaching and mentoring of junior loan closing specialists. You will work collaboratively with borrowers, attorneys, and third parties to ensure necessary documents are produced on time.
