Projects for this role involve proposing enhancements with the following responsibilities:
- Effectively prioritize product investments by weighing development efforts against product benefits.
- Draft product specifications, incorporating cross-functional insights (Tax, Accounting, Legal, Operations, Business) for successful launches.
- Facilitate alignment among stakeholders with differing priorities, gathering their input and feedback throughout the process.
- Adapt global solutions for the Brazilian market, advocating for the experiences of Emerging Countries and scaling them through business teams.
- Drive product adoption following launch.
- Collaborate with partner teams to ensure data-driven decision-making towards objectives.
- Analyze metrics and develop a comprehensive understanding of the KPIs influenced by Supply Chain initiatives.
- Refine specifications during development as necessary, working with technology teams to ensure successful launches within project constraints.
- Communicate progress effectively across the organization.

About the Team:
The Retail Operations and Initiatives (RO&I) team aims to transform routine processes into exceptional experiences, striving to be the most innovative and efficient retailer in Brazil.
We identify, develop, and manage scalable initiatives to enhance Amazon Brazil Retail's key inputs related to selection, productivity, and profitability.
Our mission is to eliminate, automate, or offshore low-value activities that hinder our ability to enhance the Brazilian customer shopping experience.
We aim to accelerate the operational flywheel and delight our customers by fostering synergies throughout the retail business. We provide solutions that address coordination challenges, scale best practices, and ensure continuous improvements in our processes and systems.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access, Tableau, Essbase, or Cognos).
- Experience conducting financial or quantitative analyses.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in product, program, or project management leading cross-functional teams in delivering major new products or services.
- Experience balancing conflicting priorities while navigating ambiguity.
