Product Manager, Supply Chain Operations, Brazil

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Retail Operations and Initiatives (RO&I) team in Brazil. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving complex product requirements and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver successful launches.
Key Responsibilities- Prioritize product investments effectively, considering development effort and product benefit.
- Write product requirements, capturing cross-functional inputs from Tax, Accounting, Legal, Operations, and Business teams.
- Drive alignment between stakeholders with conflicting priorities, capturing inputs and feedbacks along the way.
- Scale worldwide solutions by adapting them to Brazil, advocating for Emerging Countries experience and scaling through business teams.
- Drive product adoption post-launch.
- Collaborate with partner teams to ensure data-driven decisions towards goals.
- Probe numbers and develop a deep understanding of KPIs affected by Supply Chain launches.
- Refine requirements during development, partnering with tech teams to ensure a successful launch within the project bandwidth.
- Effectively communicate progress across the organization.
Retail Operations and Initiatives (RO&I) aims to transform routines into incredible experiences, making Amazon Brazil the most innovative and efficient retailer in the country. We identify, develop, and manage scalable initiatives to grow Amazon Brazil Retail Key Inputs related to Selection, Productivity, and Profitability increase.
Requirements- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MSAccess, Tableau, Essbase, or Cognos).
- Experience performing financial or other quantitative analyses.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related fields.
- Experience in product, program, or project management, leading cross-functional teams in delivering major new products or services.
- Experience balancing conflicting priorities, dealing with ambiguity.
