Key Responsibilities- Prioritize product investments effectively, considering development effort and product benefit
- Write product requirements, capturing cross-functional inputs from Tax, Accounting, Legal, Operations, and Business teams
- Drive alignment between stakeholders with conflicting priorities, capturing inputs and feedbacks along the way
- Scale worldwide solutions by adapting them to Brazil, advocating for Emerging Countries experience and scaling through business teams
- Drive product adoption post-launch
- Collaborate with partner teams to ensure data-driven decisions towards goals
- Probe numbers and develop a deep understanding of KPIs affected by Supply Chain launches
- Refine requirements during development, partnering with tech teams to ensure successful launches within project bandwidth
- Effectively communicate progress across the organization
Retail Operations and Initiatives (RO&I) aims to transform routines into incredible experiences, making Amazon Brazil the most innovative and efficient retailer. We identify, develop, and manage scalable initiatives to grow Amazon Brazil Retail Key Inputs related to Selection, Productivity, and Profitability increase.
Requirements- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, MSAccess, Tableau, Essbase, or Cognos)
- Experience performing financial or other quantitative analyses
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field
- Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
- Experience in balancing conflicting priorities dealing with ambiguity
