As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the development and launch of new products and services that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Product Development: Propose product improvements and prioritize effectively product investments considering development effort and product benefit.
- Requirements Management: Write product requirements, capturing cross-functional inputs from Tax, Accounting, Legal, Operations, and Business teams for a successful launch.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Drive alignment between stakeholders with conflicting priorities, capturing inputs and feedbacks from them along the way.
- Global Scaling: Scale worldwide solutions by adapting them to Brazil, being an important advocate for Emerging Countries experience and scaling it through business teams.
- Post-Launch Adoption: Drive product adoption post-launch.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Collaborate with partner teams to ensure that we take data-based decisions toward goals.
- Performance Analysis: Probe numbers and develop a deep understanding of the KPIs affected by Supply Chain launches.
- Requirements Refining: Refine requirements during development whenever needed, partnering with tech teams to ensure a successful launch within the bandwidth reserved for the project.
- Communication: Effectively communicate progress across the organization.

We identify, develop, and manage a set of scalable initiatives to grow Amazon Brazil Retail Key Inputs related to Selection, Productivity, and Profitability increase. Our goal is to Eliminate, Automate, or Offshore Low Value-add activities that are holding us to improve the Brazilian Customer shopping experience.
Requirements- Experience: Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, MSAccess, Tableau, Essbase or Cognos).
- Financial Analysis: Experience performing financial or other quantitative analyses.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field.
- Product Management Experience: Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services.
- Conflict Resolution: Experience in balancing conflicting priorities dealing with ambiguity.
