Job Summary:

This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end project management, client relationships, and team leadership to deliver high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage medium- to large-sized projects independently from initiation through completion.">
  • Develop and maintain high levels of team effectiveness, communication, collaboration, productivity, diversity, and engagement.">
  • Serve as a mentor/coach to junior producers and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment.">
  • Own project budgets and track all ongoing costs throughout the project lifecycle.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 2-5 years of production experience in an integrated agency or production house.">
  • General knowledge of the industry and solid understanding of production, post-production, and creative development processes.">
  • Ability to negotiate and manage complex projects with varying components, delivering results on time and within budget.">
  • Fluent English language skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, workflow tools, and online project management/collaboration/ticketing tools.">
