Murex Technical Expert

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Murex technical expert to support our business requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and assistance for various aspects of the Murex system.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implementation, configuration, and development of Murex systems in areas such as datamart, MXML pre-trade and post-trade workflows, RTBS, and MDCS.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather, document, and verify technical requirements.
  • Analyze and provide recommendations based on related Murex implementation experience.
  • Follow the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and documentation guidelines.
  • Support audits and technology risk assessments.
  • Develop and test database and infrastructure changes.
  • Perform technical reviews of production changes.
  • Document issues and resolutions within a knowledge management system.
  • Maintain and enhance the Control-M scheduling tool for intraday and end-of-day batches.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Murex system design and implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Experience with SDLC and documentation best practices.
  • Knowledge of data mart, MXML, and other relevant technologies.
