Job Title: Creative Director

 

We're on the hunt for a seasoned creative director to spearhead our team's vision. As a seasoned leader, you'll oversee the strategic direction of our design pod and drive innovation through AI-powered creative solutions.

Achieving this will require strong leadership skills, expert knowledge in design principles, and an ability to integrate cutting-edge tools like ChatGPT and Midjourney into your workflow.

About This Role:
  • Lead a team of designers, overseeing their growth and development.
  • Manage design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop project plans, set goals, and measure progress to achieve high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive creative direction and ensure consistency across all client engagements.
  • Supervise direct reports, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to enhance their skills and work output.
Senior Individual Contributor Responsibilities:
  • Deliver innovative, AI-driven creative solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Present design concepts and proposals to clients, articulating design decisions and justifying them through effective reasoning and UX principles.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a creative director or similar role, preferably in digital design.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing design teams and driving successful projects.
  • Expert-level proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles, including empathy, user research, and prototyping.

Bonus points if you have hands-on experience with AI tools and integrating them into your workflow, making it easier to produce exceptional client-ready assets
