Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of network engineering standards, technical specifications, and architectural frameworks that support the operational efficiency and scalability of our transportation network.

The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing business requirements from transportation network plan managers, translating them into proposals that will feed transportation systems via ROW configuration, following up on the deployment plan, measuring and assessing whether results meet expectations, and acting promptly when defects are identified.

This role requires deep expertise in Amazon transportation systems and the ability to work closely with operations teams from Brazil (BR) and Rest of World (ROW) to validate and implement network change solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capturing business requirements from transportation network plan managers
  • Translating business requirements into proposals that feed transportation systems via ROW configuration
  • Following up on the deployment plan
  • Measuring and assessing whether results meet expectations
  • Acting promptly when defects are identified

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience managing teams
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience delivering cross functional projects
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • English knowledge

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
  • Experience in data mining, data management, reporting, and SQL queries
  • Experience in Amazon transportation systems (ATROPs)
