Creative Resource Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Resource Manager to join our team based in Brazil. As the key point of contact for the Brazilian Design Studio, this role will be responsible for assigning and managing projects, ensuring designers are utilized efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign projects and maintain resource allocation for the Brazilian Design Studio.
  • Ensure designers are utilized against availability and talent/skills.
  • Monitor projects closely and resolve resourcing conflicts.
  • Assess talent needs and act as a liaison between Creative Resource Director and project teams.
  • Collaborate with Brand Management and Production teams to finalize project schedules.
  • Work with ECD/CD/ACDs to move projects through internal creative approvals.
  • Recommend process improvements for Creative Department and Design Studio integration.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese.
  • 4+ years of experience in advertising or related project/resource management role.
  • Great interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Solutions-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
