Job Opportunity: Administrative Department Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled leader to oversee the daily operations of our administrative department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to manage reservations and requirements, and maintain close relationships with operation managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your leadership skills to oversee the daily routine of the team.
  • Manage FUP reservations and NE/MOD requirements.
  • Support procurement needs by working closely with PO's team.
  • Maintain close relationships with operation managers to support HR demands of technicians.
  • Assist mechanics in responding to customer inquiries and provide technical support.
  • Coordinate accounts payable and ensure timely payments.
  • Verify that buildings adhere to local regulations and EHS rules.
  • Follow local policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields.
  • Desirable: English/Spanish fluency and post-graduate degree in Human Resources or Finance.
  • Ability to travel required.
Competencies:
  • Resilience.
  • Active participation in organizational reviews – people, processes, suppliers.
  • Ability to navigate different hierarchical levels.
  • Experience in building high-performing teams.
  • Experience in remote leadership – location based in São Paulo and remote leadership over other OT SUL locations.
  • Sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Definition and compliance with procedures (processes).
