We are seeking an exceptional financial leader to join our organization. The Head of Financial Strategy will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that support strong business performance and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning & Analysis
    • Design and execute financial plans to drive business growth and optimize costs.
    • Develop and maintain accurate financial models to inform strategic decisions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals with overall business objectives.
  • Business Partnership & Decision Support
    • Partner with commercial, supply chain, and procurement teams to drive financial discipline and enhance decision-making processes.
    • Develop and implement financial tools to support strategic initiatives, including cost efficiency programs and investment decisions.
  • Performance Management & Reporting
    • Oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with global standards.
    • Monitor key financial metrics, identifying risks and opportunities to proactively drive corrective actions.
  • Operational Efficiency & Cost Optimization
    • Drive cost efficiency programs across supply chain and procurement functions, ensuring sustainable improvements.
    • Identify and implement best practices to enhance operational effectiveness and cost management.
  • Leadership
    • Lead a team of finance professionals by providing direction, mentorship, and development opportunities.
    • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the finance team.
  • Reporting & Compliance
    • Ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with company policies as well as local regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in financial planning, analysis, and leadership. They will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and optimizing costs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
