We seek an meticulous Payroll Analyst to join our HR regional team for the LATAM region.
Main responsibilities include:
- Managing the payroll system for closing, preparing data, correcting errors, and executing general ledger execution;
- Closing payrolls, managing bank file approvals for SOEs;
- Establishing strong relationships with Finance, Treasury, External Tax, Benefits, and other departments within the region.
- Resolving complex employee payroll issues and ensuring a focus on Customer Service and the employee experience for the region.
Requirements:
- Complete undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics;
- Experience with the payroll system or similar software;
- Advanced English language skills (widely used in daily work);
- Office software proficiency, especially Excel at an intermediate level.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
