We seek an meticulous Payroll Analyst to join our HR regional team for the LATAM region.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Managing the payroll system for closing, preparing data, correcting errors, and executing general ledger execution;
  • Closing payrolls, managing bank file approvals for SOEs;
  • Establishing strong relationships with Finance, Treasury, External Tax, Benefits, and other departments within the region.
  • Resolving complex employee payroll issues and ensuring a focus on Customer Service and the employee experience for the region.

Requirements:

  • Complete undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics;
  • Experience with the payroll system or similar software;
  • Advanced English language skills (widely used in daily work);
  • Office software proficiency, especially Excel at an intermediate level.
